At Rumo, the "filling" sensation in handmade chocolate bars was designed to be very prominent. Some products have pâté de fruit on the top layer and a denser ganache structure on the bottom layer. For example, in our Sour Cherry Dark Bar, the tartness of cherry meets the cocoa notes of dark chocolate.

The Salted Caramel & Espresso Bar, on the other hand, combines salted caramel and espresso-deepened ganache within a milk chocolate shell—sweet, salt, and coffee on the same stage.

For those who want something "sweet but sophisticated," the Tiramisu Bar is a clear signature: espresso syrup, mascarpone-white chocolate ganache, and the crunch of savoiardi… transforming the tiramisu experience into a bar form.

In the Bodrum Mandarin Cheesecake Bar, the freshness of mandarin, the creaminess of cheesecake, and the crispy cinnamon-ginger base are balanced in the same bar.
